Randall's Patois is a bright chestnut brown best bitter brewed to 4.5%ABV. Restrained malt tones are balanced with a subtle but complex hop aroma. 3 varieties of hop imbue Patois with floral and citrus notes. The finish is clean and dry with a moreish bitterness.
Patois is Guernsey’s only locally brewed real ale. When Ian Rogers became Managing Director of Randalls, cask conditioned beer had been long neglected in Guernsey. Ian was determined to revive the tradition of locally brewed ale and the combination of an old name and new recipe has proved an instant hit with drinkers throughout the island.
Patois is available throughout Randalls of Guernsey’s pubs and many other free trade pubs and hotels in the Bailiwick
